Why? That wont be running Crysis 2 a that res at max settings .

My sarcasm detector might be broken but C2 is supposed to have lower system requirements than the first one.
Edit: I'm sure it will have higher specified reqs but it's supposed to run better on similar hardware.
What part of MAX settings did you not understand? Id rather max the assets before bumping the res up and no its highly unlikely it will max the settings out at that res on a 1500$ rig this game is supposed to push hardware for awhile.
It's all conjecture at this point. Considering the game is scalable down to the consoles, I wouldn't be surprised if we see slightly better than Crysis graphics (DX11) that run more efficiently.
It could go either way. But ... $1500 is a top of the line rig, or at least, you aren't getting much more performance out of a machine over $1500.
I have no problem believing it would own C2 at release. If not, go sli and its pretty much a given, though you are dropping another $500 for a second vid card making it $2k
So if the devs add DX11 and increase efficiency it may run very similarly to Crysis, since it was DX10 maxed (which is inefficient compared to DX11).
