Crysis will be the best game ever (next to MGS2 SOL).  Graphics...oh the sweet graphics, real-time water flowing like poetry! Volumetric clouds.

Kind of a logic trap. Just do not think about it too much.

Graphics will always improve and there is no game that will ever be "the best looking." Graphics are disposable, gameplay is eternal.

 Gameplay will always improve too.  Mario 3 might have had the best gameplay there was for an 8-bit system, but we've since moved past that level.
