Here we go again. You can build a PC for 600 bucks that can run Crysis. If you already have a rig it's possible you don't even have to upgrade to run it. If you already have a rig and want to run it in max settings, you spend maybe 300-400 bucks and you're good for the next 4 years. Start accepting PC's aren't as expensive as fanboys make them out to be.

No, just PC. I thought it was just being made to make use of the FarCry name for some quick cash, but now they I've read up on it, it doesn't seem that way. Listen to one of the recent PC gamer podcasts, they talk about when they went to go visit the studio where FarCry 2 is being made a little before E3. They were very impressed by it, stating that it was hard to be "Wowed" by most of the good looking FPS's at E307. It kind of seems like STALKER, but better.

Anyways, this is a joke topic, right? It's not even using the same engine as Crysis......

Crytek isn't developing Far Cry 2. Ubisoft is. They also have rights to Cryengine 2 but it hasn't been confirmed that they're going to use it yet.

FarCry 2 isn't being made by Cryek. It's being made by Ubisoft.......

Good thing mutants aren't in Crysis or FarCry2. Both Crytek and Ubisoft have admitted that the mutant portion of the game sucked and their not bringing gameplay like it back into either games.

Good thing mutants aren't in Crysis or FarCry2. Both Crytek and Ubisoft have admitted that the mutant portion of the game sucked and their not bringing gameplay like it back into either games.

I know they aren't in either, but Far Cry has forever been tarnished in my eyes because of the first one. The sequel will have to be hella-good for it to earn redemption in my eyes.
