I think the previous gen was more fun to debate on than this gen....tocool340
or maybe it was objectively better than the current one. more variety and more amazing games, not the same soup all the time, like what's happening today, especially with the HD consoles.
Last gen (PS2). There were so many great games, especially action / adventure games. Sure the graphics are excellent this gen, but many games lack the juiciness of the previous era.
I've had a lot more fun with games this gen than I did starting back on the NES. Mainly due to co-op. I'm not a huge fan of competitive MP, but co-op is a blast with friends. Online has really helped since a lot of my friends go to a different college and we can still play games together like we did when split screen was popular
I still enjoy 128-bit games more than the next gen ones, sometimes.

:) They got tetris attack on Super Nintendo for puzzle Can not agree more, that is an awesome awesome game. AND ****ing pokemon puzzle league on N64. I used to have huge parties, and the just before I was too drunk stage would be filled with hours of Pokemon Puzzle League. All my friends (even non-gamers) loved that ****.
