Darksiders vs Bayonetta

So two great games are coming out on the same date, both have scored well which leaves the question as to which will you play first.

After giving it much thought I have preordered Darksiders.

The adventure aspect of Darksiders is really appealing to me and though Bayonetta looks amazing I'm worried that it could get repetitive.

I also may end up waiting for Dante's inferno since it has similar gameplay but looks even better.

Anyone else have trouble making this decision?

Bayonetta, because Darksiders simply doesn't interest me at all, I really don't see what makes it so great.

neither interest me but if i was force to pick one it would be darksider. bayonetta is just a fail of a game

Getting both would be ideal. I already pre-ordered Bayonetta, and hopefully I can scrape together some Christmas money for Darksiders (assuming it's any good). Anyway, it looks like 2010 is off to a great start gaming-wise.

Im going to be getting Bayonetta day 1 while i will be renting Darksiders so yeah i vote for Bayonetta

Bayonetta looks amazing, plays amazing. Combos are awesome, I'm not to fond of the style but whatever, it will be one of the greatest action games created.

Darksiders will blow it out of the water. Looks awesome, I really dig the art style & theme, gameplay looks so good & is said to have 20-25 hours if you focus on the story, upwards of 35 if you want to 100% it. It's supposed to play similar to Zelda, & it looks that way in a sense, though the combat looks so much better. I'm so hyped for Darksiders.

Darksiders will be better because of the setting and the character.

Bayonetta seems like a more of a interesting character than War who seems like a generic video game hero. Gameplay seems much better on Bayonetta.

Im going to buy Bayonetta only, I just don't like Darksiders since its design is ripped offfrom Zelda.

bayonetta's combat system is the only game that compares to zoe2 in responce and fast movement. the story is very bad but you play this game for the action and its awesome,better than dmc series (i speak for the combat part)

i dont think darksiders can match it,the main character seems slow to me,the videos i saw remind me a warrior in wow,if you want power you want god of war/dantes inferno,if you want crazy fast action you want dmc/bayonetta.i prefer the 2nd kick !@% crazy fast combos

bayonetta was a terrible demo. I don't get what the hype is for. Darksiders is what takes my money.

Bayonetta's combat looks much more fluid and entertaining. Plus I dislike Darksiders setting. The whole post-apocalypse concept is starting to become overused.

Have there been many reviews out for darksiders besides that exclusive one from a page that gave it a 10/10?

I prefer adult zelda > yabbadabbado combo system. Darksiders looks like a more complete package imo. Darksiders art and cinematic feel make it superior too imo.

I just finished Bayonetta, and was simply WOWed by it, so guessing Darksiders for me :D

Bayonetta. I've been waiting for this game for awhile now. It appeals to me greatly. Darksiders looks interesting, but I'll probably wait for a price drop or big sale before buying it.

Japanese gaming is dead and there's a reason for that.

Well I can't judge Darksiders because I have had not interest even looking at it. All I heard was Zelda knock off and walked away. If it has tons of different weapons with combos and counters, dodges, then it should be good. Bayonetta is gonna rip face. Casual gamers beware.

So long story short:

Darksiders looks like another mindless Zelda adventure. Bayonetta will be a combo beast.

Both will be amazing
