Good enough for me. Absolutely loved the original so this remake is a definite purchase for me.

Gamespot clowning themselves again as their original review gave it an 8.4, so I don't understand why they would re-review it again whe they have made improvements to the original game and give it a lower score of 7🤦‍♂️

As for me, I played and beat the original and no desire to go back to it by buying a remaster.

I might try it out, have $50 of Xbox Rewards to use, that or Lilipop Chainsaw.

They got a sale from me, just not for the much pricier one they wanted. The political corrections and idiot arrows made this version so unappealing that I became curious and finally added the original to my wishlist. Still would have rather had the combined effort and money of all these remakes and remasters put into good new games.

Just play the version on 360 or PS4?

Lollipop also looks good, but I heard it's short. Under 5 hours.

Too many good games out right now, anyway. Hopefully this will be on sale during Steam's Winter sale, might be too early for that.

Times and standards change, sometimes even a remaster can't improve upon those if the fundamentals are flawed or outdated.

Not that I give Gamespot reviews much credence, just saying in general.

Another useless remaster of a game that didn't need it.

The qol improvements are so good. Not a huge fan of the new voice acting. Besides that, seems mostly the same, which is nice.

I'll definitely pick it up in a sale was a big fan of the original but never played 2 or 3.

I'm playing it on my 42" C2 OLED hehehe
