I know blind sheep wont see any difference
Wii
Xbox 360
And dont forget the 360 version came out 3 years ago but the wii version still cant match it.
This topic is locked from further discussion.
My biggest concerns are:
the life bar sucks
why is there a gun bullet display when he has a chainsaw equipped?
The differences are fairly obvious, the Wii isn't even close to be graphically onpar with the Xbox.
But I still think it will be more fun with a Wiimote.

This.
Get me screenshots of the Xbox 360 deadrising running in 480p and this won't be an incredibly unfair thread
and why would u post this if you know in your mind that the 360 version looks better, we all know that, but why would you post it if the Wii didn't actually get close to it?
plus, screw graphics maybe they'll fix the horrible aiming in the Wii version so we can have pin-point IR based shooting.
and second, shouldn't you be happy more people get to play a great game like this?
and third, are you just upset coz when people said a year ago that the high sales of the Wii were going to make developer start taking it more seriously that they were right
developers are taking Wii very seriously: Fatal Frame IV, Monster Hunter 3, Deadrising, De Blob, Manhunt 2, Bully, Fragile, The Conduit, Star Wars Battlefront 3, Call of Duty: World at War (running on a Xbox 360 engine mind you), Sam & Max, Strong Bad's Game for Attractive People, Tom Clancy's HAWX, Pro Evolution Soccer 2008, Final Fantasy: My Life as a King, Final Fantasy Fables, Final Fantasy Crystal Bearers, Arc Rise Fantasia, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World...............
For all those saying "OMG de 2 zombies on screen lululul!!!" have you played it? When you first start the game there aren't many zombies in the mall just a big crowd at the door once they break in. Once you actually get into the main mall likeas displayed in there, there are hardly any zombies:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=NVTZFg_dy5Q&feature=related
There was a scan in Famitsu of the room you go to after going down the elevator from the top of the mall, and it usually has about 20 zombies in the 360 version, guess what there were just as many in the Wii version! Let's wait for gameplay before judging the graphics as well shall we, those screenshots of the 360 version I hope you know half of them are bullshots...

yeah you can tell which ones were actually gameplay.
deadrising, i remember that game well and it certainly wasn't that shiny.
like i said someone needs to post screenshots of the Xbox 360 version in 480p and we'll have a thread
the Wii doesn't do HD so OFCOURSE the 360 shots will look better, we should compare them on the Wii's scale though
its like comparing a wal mart's size to the empire state builing's size. its unfair.
here some details about the Wii Dead Rising:
Dead Rising - more detailsJuly 18th, 2008Reader Bellboy tipped us this article, and while it is a few days old, I don't believe Deux posted it. I'll summarize the main details...
- Dead Rising: Zombie Sacrifice
- story structure has been revamped
- new enemies
- new items
- behind the shoulder camera
- directional pad to switch items
- onscreen target for shooting
- Wiimote shaking for swinging weapons
- A button for subweapon
More details here
Why are 360 fanboys so ignorant not to realize Wii owners KNOW 360 has better graphics? Sheep know it. It bothers lemmings, not sheep for some reason...

Even if it doesn't, it's still cool that the Wii is getting this. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll be releasing it in the US sometime soon.
I just hope they can get a good zombie count for the Wii version, no fun playing in a deserted mall.

Or there also new enemies, work on the story and new items. So basically that also as well has the better controller your right.

I'm responding to the TOC and his quote "I know blind sheep wont see any difference " Everything seems to be about eye candy with Cows and Lems.
And no, it won't be the same game. But it sounds like they are enhancing it in different ways. I'm sure there is more appeal to the game than just slaughtering 'masses and masses' of zombies. And one thing i noticed is they changed the time-limit element, which many 360 players complained about.
I think you have about RE5. Because in the article they mention they did this because of the success of RE4 for Wii. So I imagine that can't be too far away.

Well the better controls are a matter of opinion.Although I really enjoyed RE4 on the Wii with its new control scheme,I prefer the good old-fashioned Analogue sticks and buttons to the Wiimote personally.
Less than half the zombies will make for ez-mode.Marka1700
Unless the dev's make the zombies so they aren't completed retarded. Seriously the zombies in DR literally let you run up them and gut them, you can dodge 95% of the "attacks" it's only when you get caught in a group that they even do anything. Also read my other post, we don't know there'll be "less than half the zombies".
I think people playing this game on the Wii are going to have tired arms really fast from all the constant hacking & slashing.jknight5422
Nah, constant Wii users have really good stamina.

LMAO,what do you expect from Zombies, lightning fast reflexes and athletic abilities?, "The living dead" should be a big enough clue. You totally missed the point of this game if thats your view.
