Deadly Creatures hype thread.

On Dec 15th Deadly Creatures will hit the Wii. Follow the story of two men wondering through the desert digging up dead bodies through various perspectives of spiders and scorpions. Certailny a crazy concept, but a fun idea none the less. At least it's not a game about a bald space marine with smoker's lung whose man kind's last hope agains an alien invasion.:roll:

AA in my book. But of course it's a wii game, so it can't be good according to SW. Hey, deblob wasn't good either and it's a THQ game too. :P

Along with mushroom men, i have been paying some attention to this game.  It has an interesting concept, and i always like when games try to do offbeat stuff.

I'm not convinced it will be good, but i do have high hopes and plan on giving it a fair shot when it's released!  Interestingly my last exam is the 15th, sounds like a good way to start the holidays.

I guess I know why I don't ever play the Wii...

but its a new idea that would have not seen fruition on the 360 or the PS3 due to market circumstances (aka I dont play games without space marines and guns)

I'm actually very hyped for this game personally, and I even wrote a long-winded and overtly sentimental blog about it back in July.

The concept is so ingenious that it doesn't even matter to me if it delivers or not, and while I dont expect the critics or consumers to treat it too nicely, this is one of those few games where I can honestly say I don't care. At all. Day one purchase.

Mushroom Men looks cool too.

Your wrong, the reason this game would never sell on PS3 and 360 is because there are too many other great and better games to buy. Who would seriously pick Deadly Creatures over Gears 2?

BTW, because a game is original doesn't mean it will be good. Most of the time it will end up as a bad game, especially this one, with a completely mediocre developer and its gimmicky concept.
