So yea ummm. I like downloaded the Demo for this Def Jam Icon and whats the point?! I mean these rappers are fighting at a gas station and.. for what reason?!? and also whats the deal with the beats of the song, do i have to hit the guy and match it to the beat of the song or what?! Honestly this game was very boring and infact I think its a waste of HD space, I just dont understand the point?! I mean 2 rappers are duking it out at a gas station and all of a sudden one of the gas tanks goes up in flames and I catch on fire for a second and still continue the game as though nothing happened? I mean this game is very sloppy and quite pointless anyone else agree

Just a suggestion for the next time you post don't repeat the same arugement and examples over and over.
On to the topic, I didn't like the fighting. I don't care if there's no story or point to it, but the fighting just felt bland and too basic.
O.o I guess im just one of the better Def Jam players around here...maybe because ive played them all since the first?Its easy pulling off combos,but when you hit somebody on the ground hold the left trigger and sping the right analog stick like a DJ,you can see the rest for yourself.:)Fun game IMO.Oh yea,the reason you dont know why your there is because its a demo...they dont tell any of the story in the demo,and plus its a fighting game.No fighting game really has a story.

You sound dumb,its a fighting game and dont need to have a point.Its made just so you can beat the hell out of people,and on top of that its a DEMO.And you keep saying it was pointless,i dont even think games are supposed to have a point thats why their games.Why do you even own a 360?
I just think the gameplay should've stayed the way it was in the first one. I love the gameplay from No Mercy on N64. Does anyone know if the AKI devs are still making these games???
Well I'm totally into classical, solo instrumentals, rock, game soundtracks and Celtic Scores so I'm never going to play this. I will say it looks like a good game though, the interactive-music backgrounds is a cool idea.
