Could he be wrong... should we be afraid?

I hope the people that actually are worried about this do not have a cell phone, use the facebook, use a credit or debit card, do not use a current gen console, have never put any type of information onto a website or in fact use the internet at all. Just read how many times Google has released personal information for example. Or why was everyone worried about the Sony hack if it did not store any personal information?
Deal with it or stay off the grid.
Oh and before some Sony fanboy replies read about Sony and rootkit.

Even if MS was some evil company run by Dr Evil from Austin Powers do you really think they have hundreds of thousands of people watching you. A Social Security number, mother's maiden name, birthdate , ect are far more dangerous and think how many places have that. Ever order anything online? Well think of how much info was put into the system to do it. Going through the airport scanners they keep all those images from body scanners in a database.Like I said the XBO is your least of worries and if you are worried about it you need to live off the grid.

Oh, no worries, I'm not a conspiracy nut, and I'm well aware how it's impossible for MS to have one employee per every X1 to thoroughly monitor the user.
Still, I wouldn't exactly feel comfortable by having a camera in my living room... but it's a moot point anyway since I have no interest in X1.
Lastly, I don't remember any website ever asking me my mother's maiden name, or anything of that nature...
The camera isnt the problem, but for those making remarks about your phone and your laptop,
Your phone and your laptop are not always on, always listening, they dont refuse to function if they are not switched on and they arent aways facing your living room or bedroom.

many websites that ask for a security question ask for a mother's maiden name or it is at least a choice in a couple different questions.I hope the people that actually are worried about this do not have a cell phone, use the facebook, use a credit or debit card, do not use a current gen console, have never put any type of information onto a website or in fact use the internet at all.
