Despite the 360 VS. PS3 debacle, is it agreed that Wii is the worst one?

In terms of hardware, 360 is by far the worse mostly due to its reliability.

In terms of software I personally like a handful of the Wii games. I like alot more stuff on PS3 and 360.

o god heavens no. this month ive actually spent more time on my wii than my PC (and with brawl out on friday..it looks like its going to be a wii focused month for me). thats impressive. meanwhile my PS3 and 360 have got...nothing. zip. nada. right now my PS3 is folding at home and my 360 (returned from repair today...pretty quick nice job MS) is doig zip all. i do intend to get lost odessy soon for that though since its now back in action.

anywho im ranting...if i had to loose 2 platforms right now then my 360 and PS3 would be the first to go (probably 360 before PS3). to be honest i dont think id be that gutted either..as long as i had my PC and wii then id pretty much be sorted.

360 has 14 AA or better exclusives

Wii has 11

Wii and 360 both have 4 AAA exclusives each

Wii has 7 AA exclusives. Versus 360 with 10.

The Wii is easily out pacing the PS3 2-1

The Wii is pretty crappy. It has only 2 games worth getting. (MP3 and SMG). People love Brawl but I have played it for at least 10 hrs at my friends house and I own Melee and can honestly say its pretty much the exact same game. Not even the graphics are a whole lot better.

Not to mention the Wii doesnt get any ps3/360 multiplats and its online is abysmal. Oh, and it has no 3rd party stuff.

I think the best console is the 360, than ps3, than wii. Even though I only own the ps3(big mgs fan so chose ps3)

Out of the three consoles I would say it has the worst:

Library: in terms of AA and up rated games the Wii is about 2x behind the PS3 or 360

Online: no HDD, no Headsets, lack online games

Graphics: old hardware

3rd party support: Misses out on almost all next gen multiplat, and big name titles like DMC4, GTA4, SC4, etc.. seen on everyother console than the Wii

it has much better exclusives than the PS3 and it is a lot more successful. But it oesn't have multiplatform games

What makes the Wii the worst? Just because it doesn't play DVD's, BluRays or displays games in HD doesnt make it a bad console. I think the Wii needs to be appreciated for what it is. A family friendly gaming console that offers a unique way to play games and has a very diverse gaming library.

At the end of the day if you are a hardcore Madden junkie or are a FPS-aholic, the Wii should in no way, shape or form be your "main" console. But very once in a while, isnt it nice to just play some Mario Galaxy or Mario Kart???

Again, (once more) you are using reviews to judge which librery is better, right? But as you said, reviews aren't facts. So no, reviews aren't enough to judge if it is the worst console. And yes, personal opinions are important, do you know why? Because everyone (like me) who think that the Wii has better games (despite the "fact" that has worst reviewed games) bought a Wii.And that is what keeps the Wii outselling both the 360 and Wii.

Conclusions:

You are asking me this at the wrong time. Reason is that I am fed up with Nintendo not meeting demand. You can't find the Wii, you can't find Wii Fit, you can't find Mario Kart.

Microsoft (and Sony) has had little problem meeting demand with games.... such as Geow and Halo 3. From what I understand it has sold more than any of the Nintendo games mentioned above, and they were never hard to get.

I also own all 3 systems, and I must admit that I feel that the increased graphics of the Xbox 360 and ps3 enhance the gameplay. I also am not a fan of the motion controle. The only game to date that it has work well (for me anyways) has been Mario Kart (although I still use the wiimote/nunchuck combo).

One more thing. When is Nintendo going to make their online better? Compared to the Xbox 360 it is miles away, and eventhough Sony's online is ok at best it also is far and away better than the Wii's.

That is my 2 cents that isn't worth 1. later.

Thats your opnion... Wii online service is very good, no lag and good connection. You can download SNES/NES classics.
