Devil May Cry collection coming to PS4, X1, and PC March 13th

Yes, a remaster/collection that actually has my attention, because it includes a game or two that I still remember fondly.

I only hope they fix the cutscenes. Shit was inconsistently annoying in the last gen collection.

Also, if this thread doesn't go past one single page, we can, as a group, fully agree that System Wars has garbage tastes in just about anything. It will finally be settled.

I'm glad that the PC gets a working version of DMC3 now. I'll be picking this one up.

I never picked up the ps3/360 collection, depending on how they handle this one though I'd love to own it.

I had a lot of fun with the original dmc. If the collection is a good port, I'll pick it up on pc.

This sould be a free apology to PC gamers for selling them shit.

They've probably went back and added microtransactions in, i'm betting, that will be the added content.

Yeah, getting it on PC, even if just for DMC3. I do have the HD collection for PS3, but style switcher mod is a must.

Already have them on PS2 and on PS3. As a matter of fact DMC HD and RE Origins were the only remasters I ever bought. As much as I love the series I wont be tripple dipping. Gimme DMC V ffs Capcom

Kind of sucks they aren't at least including 4. I kind of get not adding dmc since there is already a version of that for sale on modern consoles, but why not add the last gen game that wasn't included on the exact same collection they released a few years ago?

Not a huge fan of remasters in general, but I'm down for this.

I still have it on PS3. I don't think I'll be rebuying it.

Hopefully they will fix DMC3 on PC, the current port is total garbage and I hate every single steam user who game the game a positive rating for it.

DMC4 and DmC have been on sale a lot lately and now this.. Capcom are most likely readying up for a DMC5 announcement.

I can't wait to buy a remaster of a remastered GTA V in 2020 for the PS5.

Guess that's the only game I buy next year. Unfortunately I don't think we will get any DMC 5.(Capcom instead makes Dragon's Dogma 2)

And Capcom lazes up another collection (just like they did Mega Man on PS4, PC, and ONE, next the Switch). Salting the wound by not doing BC for the 360/ONE.

Nope, they should of included all the games.

Hey, guys. Google DMC5. It's pretty much official according to multiple sources. I'm waiting for Capcom themselves to come out and say "DANTE IS BACK". I'll definitely be buying the new HD collection IF the cutscenes are fully remastered as well. Those scenes went from HD remaster to PS2 quality during mutiple segments lol.

Adding 4 would've made it better. I haven't played 1 or 3.

Damn, that's sweet, hopefully DMC1-3 will actually be playable on PC, because their DMC3 port was awful.

DMC5 is probably around the corner (judging by leaked reports). I'll be surprised if we don't see it at next year's E3.

No one cares about BC they say but here we are re-releasing old games. The state of gaming is wonderful.

Wish they would put that effort in to remastering some of their other games. I'd like to play Haunting Ground without having to emulate it.

I warned everyone the remaster culture was dangerous to the industry... people just kept telling me to not "buy them" and all that cr4p. Same thing with loot boxes with the sad apologists of "they're only cosmetics" bullsh*t... I swear, people can be so insanely gullible...

money spent on remasters = less money spent on new games, dont tell me otherwise. I only ever bought two remasters in my life: RE origins cause I've never had played them before and DMC HD because it was for really REALLY cheap and I'm a big fan of the series. I've no problem with people buying remasters if they have never played them before but it p*sses me off knowing people are doubling or triple dipping on games they've already played to death just because of "prettier" visuals (that are nothing more than a higher jump in resolution) instead of supporting new high quality games that ended up flopping commercially...

I know it's their money and all but the fact people spend their money unwisely is the reason why this industry is now drowned in loot boxes, overpriced DLC and MT... sometimes I really, really hate gamers...

Hey dude I said it when Sony removed BC from PS3's and announced GoW collection for PS3. I knew this was going to turn into a cash in. I'll take X1's BC any day over all these Remasters.

Now I have the chance to play DMC1 again and a proper port of DMC3, even tho I did manage to get style switcher mod working for it. Good timing too since my 360 copy of DMC collection doesn't work anymore.
