More than likely PC-exclusive.

It seems to be very close to the original's gameplay themes. Hack'n'slash, similar UI design, also very accessible controls, so a console port wouldn't seem too outlandish.

He's mainly talking about improvements from Diablo 2, so I'm assuming it's going to be closer to D2 than I'd hoped... not that that's a bad thing.

The original was on PS and it was a good port. My friend bought it awhile back and we still play it from time to time.

Whatever, though nearly every game goes to consoles these days, and i see no reason why it would not go to consoles at all TBH

Yeah its awesome thats its going to follow the original two, singleplayer and battle.net for multiplayer is freakin fantastic news.

Everyone didn't want it to be an mmorpg, its good ole hack N slash at its best!

i dont think blizz would of made another MMO, managing two online games could be hectic.

At least Starcraft 2 isn't too far off, that might be able to hold me over. Not likely, though.

Also, maybe they'll release it on the 10th anniversary of Diablo 2? That wouldn't be a very long wait... two years from toda.
