well its about more evolving gameplay and more improved refined story line and games like diablo dont need graphics to be called next gen.

try to move on ahead with linear thinking about graphics theres much much more to games than just graphics , believe me you can enjoy a awesome looking game for hours but games like diablo lasts years start respecting them.

yeah. And the one thing you can always count on with Blizzard is extremely clean graphics. Everything it will do, it will do VERY well. And Personally, I like the graphics. It isn't really "cartoony" but it is very basic. And anyone expecting Blizzard to make a bleeding edge game is insane. They are the company that still had not adopted full 3D Rendering until 2004.

It looks pretty meh in screens but then you see it in motion in the 800mb video and your like sitting there thinking too human got nothing to that! Its nice and fluid, sound is spot on, the interaction is upped (kill monsters with environment objects, tables, walls, etc), monster can come at you from anywhere which is a scary thing considering HC hell mode will be insane.

The game looks like everything a diablo fan wants, sure its a little cartoonish but it still feels like diablo.

Gamers who never played Call of Duty 1 on the PC which is the peak of the series. These are the same kids who cry about the "look" of Street Fighter 4 on a "next gen system" who never grew up in the 90's when Street Fighter was everywhere. See these are fake gamers to me. Gamers who jumped on the bandwagon in the late 90's when Sony made it commercial or when they were 11 years old and there parents got them Xbox and Halo 1.

Best part is these redneck hick kids show everyone just how stupid our America has gotten with there racist and cursing voc. online cause they have no brains to use any other words. Little kids stick to the consoles and don't infect the Pc market. Only smart kids play pc games. And yes i own all 3 systems, but then again. Hardcore gamers do that. I give Blizzard the tip for two reasons. Like Nintendo, they've created multiple franchises that have dominated multiple genres, not just becoming successful and critically acclaimed games, but often legends.

Unlike Nintendo however, they have brutal quality control. They've scrapped entire finished games in the past they felt weren't up to their standard. Nintendo have let a lot of crap slip through.

Looks great compared to the other Diablos.

I will pick it up if the online is free.
