Yes, it is.

It's pretty low to lie about getting a "make a wish" - that's not something to kid around about. This guy's video is only the few seconds of footage show in the gameplay demonstration already, meaning it's not only fake, but also just... really wrong.

Why do people like that show their face to the public, it's just disgusting.
