Do you think that gears of wars graphics have killed halos hype. I seems like to me that because halo doesn't look as good graphically as gears that the huge amount of hype and promise the game once had is slowly disappearing.
GoW beat it graphics wise against the first two, but against Halo 3, it really depends on what the person's likings are. Take for example that my girlfriend likes Wind Waker's graphics better than anyother Zelda, while I disagree. A matter of opinion.

No......Gears multiplayer has made me appreaciate halo's multiplayer even more. I mean Epic just did a terrible job with the multiplayer, I stopped playing it months ago. The gameplay in Halo 3 will kill the gameplay in Gears

in defense of gow as its much better than gaylo. for one gears has a brilliant multiplayer what sucks about it it has great modes i never get lag on full servers .... it has perfect amount of people for the gameplay as takeing on more than 4 people at once is a bit hard.. and for gaylo its a geeks game a game for someone who wants to be friends with moon monsters and plays dungionss and dragons plus the gameplay sucks its notchy the guns suck the multi sucks nuff said there bye tha way i did play the crappy online beta and all other gaylos round mates house and i have gears myself gears rocks

umm i didnt know kill zone 2 was a 3rd person shooter.i think i need to clean my glassess off, because the last game play footage i have seen, it looked like a 1st person shooter.

Unfortunately, this is probably true. Especially because of the online issues associated with Gears despite its addicting online gameplay. That's why I am trying to play Gears MP as much as I can before the release of Halo 3.
