No, they didn't. They confirmed remastered version of a decade old game that was already available on PC and confirmed F2P game for PC. Killer Instinct was already a strong possibility. Microsoft once again treated PC like a machine to play F2P games and after thought Console port from ages ago. I don't consider this a commitment. They didn't show a single PC Game. So yeah... No.

phil spencer also looked really unconfortable on stage :S. it looked like his bosses forced him into it and he knew he had nothing.

there was no talk of windows 10 and what that will bring for gaming (in terms of services). there were no demos of windows 10. there were no game demos. nothing announced new for the PC (ok gears...its halo 2 all over again). not even a demo of the streaming from xbox 1 to PC (hell that would be an xbox plug).

as is the usual, sony actually did more to promote PC gaming at their conference than MS did at the PC conference. er.....not exactly a stellar display from MS.

if they announced a new freelancer or a new AOE or something....shut up and take my money. but nada of any real note.

KI and GeOW HD is nice and all, but i want MS to make PC games, like Age of Empires, not just port games.

Hell, the one thing pc gamers seem to want is Halo 1,2 and 3, since the last one never came. Having only played Halo 1, i'd love to play all 3 once and for all, ut still nothing.

it's awesome that MS allows IPs they own, like Ori, KI, etc to come to PC, but they're "commited" to pc gaming

Of course how could they, the disbanded all their past pc devs in the 360 gen. Makers of my fav games.

No new Age of empires, rise of nations, freelancer, mech warrior, you know pc exclusives that the Bill Gates era ms made.

Instead you get a ftp console port and a gears 1 port for an HD version , when the pc had this in 2007.

Ms did jack shit for pc gamers.

MS, in the very least, is porting games that they own to pc, of their own free will. They're under no obligation to port KI, GeOW, etc, to PC. But they're atleast doing it.

Sony? They get their filthy hands on the IP and PC gamers can go **** themselves.

No DX12, no windows 10, no forza! Meh.

Exclusive to Sony means "not on Xbox1"

The games should have been entirely multiplat to begin with, but hey, gotta sell your console over the other somehow.

You can stream XB1 games to the PC. lol!! I told you they weren't going to port many of their big named XB1 exclusives to PC. I thought they would at least announce some exclusive PC games. Most likely Phil and the gang will be pushing more PC games to XB1. and doing cross-play. Can't wait for Gigantic on XB1.

Frankly me and a lot of other PC gamers didn't expect them to announce anything big for PC. You must be talking about Cows who always act as if sky is falling.

@skelly34: Sony, and MS, know that since nobody owns PC, they can get away with marketing it has an exclusive. Notice how PC is never meantioned at the conference, and how only the ps4 symbol is shown. Aslong has it's not said to be exclusive, it's not lying, just misleading.

Scummy, but effective tactic. Or how TB has is "exclusive holyday 2015". Even if a pc version existed, they'd leave it out.

But whatever. At this rate, pc will have more of these "exclusives" than there are real exclusives for the ps4 and xbone. I've been saying Sunset Overdrive is coming, and i stick to my prediction.

No offense to PC gamers, but I don't get some of you... First you brag about Xbox losing exclusives to the PC in other threads. And now you're saying MS still has not done anything? Which is it? You guys complain MS has not bought any games to the PC. But when they do, its still not enough.

Yeah I agree the Gears ultimate edition is a game from 10 years ago. Agreed, but not only is it a remaster but it has features from Gears 1 and 2. They also announced KI, Gigantic and Fable Legends. Yeah agreed that those 4 games are not big deal breakers, but they are a START. Plus of Gears ultimate edition sells very well on PC, we can possibly see future Gears titles on PC. MS did not have to port those games over to PC.

I'm just saying. Not bashing PC gamers(as I do want to build a gaming rig in the feature and PC seems more interesting than consoles) and nor am I a lem or do I even own an X1.

Fortunately the only thing the PC needs from Microsoft is it's operating systems - Valve runs PC gaming ;).

@blessedbyhorus: That's how a lot of PC gamers are these days. On one hand, they'll talk about how Forza can't hold a wick to the PC racing sims, but then port beg for it with the other.
