Did you enjoy PREY(2006)? Are you Hyped for PREY (2017)?

While i didn't enjoy PREY 2006 as much (Got Headache for gravity levels), pretty much Hyped for PREY 2017 for Arkane Studios ( Dark Messiah,Dishhonoured ).It even got role playing elements, maybe even weapon and suit upgrades which carry over on NG+. I'm pretty sure it will be a surprise solid shooter.

I liked the first Pray but are not hyped for the 2nd one, mostly because i know nothing about it...

Yes, I enjoyed the first. I'm looking forward to the new one, but I wouldn't call myself excited for it. Hopefully it's one of those rare good FPS that we see extremely few of these days. Something needs to join DOOM..

Prey 2006 was ok. have some average gameplay mechanics with cool features

Prey 2017 looks really good. feel like modern day System shock. I really hope it deliver.

The first prey really has nothing to do with this game so there is no hype there.

totally different type of games. one is fast paced old school shooter. other is kinda old school inspired by System shock.

prey 2 bounty hunter one always looks terrible and thank GOD its cancelled and replace by what we are getting.

I liked the first Prey. And honestly, Prey (2017) is one of my most anticipated games coming up. If not the most anticipated.

You should Hype Prey 2017 or Shystem Shock 3 now. DOOM's got old now :I

I didn't play the first Prey and I would like to get it on Steam... alas, it's not there anymore.

Played the first Prey, never really got into it for various reasons. The upcoming game though, day 1 purchase based on the trailer alone. I saw a little bit of gameplay too, but I was sold on this from the trailer because of the premise, looks like a story I could greatly enjoy....it reminds me of one of my favorite Star Trek TNG episodes, Cause and Effect.

Prey '06 was a wonderfully weird but ultimately merely okay game. I liked it, somewhat.

Prey '17 makes me sceptical. My experience with the many System Shock 2 wannabes over the years tend to end in disappointment.

Definitely excited for Prey. It's going to be better than most FPS released in recent years, I'm sure of it. Also I'm huge System Shock 2 fan so Prey is day one for me.

Found this at Walmart for like 10 bucks a few years ago.

If I remember right the code from the retail copy of Prey activates on Steam.

No Idea. Never activated it on Steam, played it long back. Will try shortly , thanks for the info :)

system shock 3 wont come out before 2020. we will be lucky of getting system shock reboot next year.

Mall these pictures of old pPrey boxes makes me sad. I mever got around to playing that game and I still really want to.

I enjoyed it, it was a decent game for its time. Am I hyped for the new one? Not at all; Its hard to get hyped for anything these days.

but new one looks better than old one. and has more talented developers working on it.

Apart from those parts where you were walking on the ceiling or walls and blasting aliens that would then lose gravity and fall into, what was for you, the sky I did not enjoy Prey.

I'm very much looking forward to Prey 2017, as it's made by my favourite developer, Arkane :)

Also I love aliens that have a unique/abstract design as I do not believe that real life aliens would look anything like humans.

Most aliens just look like humans with bigger eyes, or a bigger head or something stupid.

I didn;t like the first Prey the whole concept of walking upside down made me dizzy but I am very much looking forward to Prey 2017 but I doubt it will come out next year more like early 2018.

I enjoyed it on 360, but... I also only rented it. The new one looks interesting, and I'll keep my eye on it, but doesn't appear to be a full price purchase for me.

It was a decent early title that tided us all over until bigger games came out. I'm not hyped for this one but then I wasn't hyped for the last one either. It could possibly be good

hated prey 2006 but the new prey looks awesome. will be buying it for sure.

The game was amazing, I was hyped for te Bounty Hunter Prey 2, when I saw the gameplay from Prey 2 on gamescom I lost my hype

I never got around to Prey 2006.

I am looking for ward to this one.

I was a fan of the first one. Had some cool stuff in it for sure. Not really hyped for the second though tbh.
