Differences in multiplats - answers please!

I just became a proud member of the PSWii60 club last week with my purchase of a PS3 (Uncharted and HS are GREAT games, BTW). This poses a question that I have. I like the PS3 controller better than my 360 controller. I don't care so much for acheivements that it would be horrible if I didn't have them. With that in mind, what are some objective differences between the 360 and PS3 multiplats?

What I'm not looking for: "Teh PS3 ownz," "The graphics on _____ are waaay better."

What I am looking for: The framerate tends to be better on __________. The AA is better on _____________. Generally, the textures are sharper on ___________. Load times are better with ______________. Lighting are superior on ____________.

For those that play both, are the differences as miniscule as I hear, or are there objective differences between the plats that I would notice? Where do you see the consoles going from here on out? Thanks for your help.

FREE online is all that matters to me to not even think about buying anything but PS3 version.killzowned24

I agree with the above. A little difference won't stop me from buying the PS3 version, which has free online and much more reliable system.

ps3 has better exclusives, the 360 has better multiplats. I would just by my multiplats on the ps3 if I were you though.. the difference is not enough to matter.

Free online was the only thing that made me choose the PS3 at the time, But a year down the line I'm glad I did:)

Judging from your avatar and username you dont have a 360, so you couldn't buy any other version.

Back on topic, the differences in most multiplats are very small, usually a tiny bit better on the 360, but not really a big deal. Just get it for your favourite console.

Some multiplats like The Orange Box run a lot better on the 360, so get them for the it.

Other multiplats will get exclusive content on the 360 (Fallout 3 and GTA 4) so if that interests you get them for the 360.

What if it's a single player-only game? What good would that free online do then? :o
