tl:dw Performance greatly improves, but still drops occasionally.

Monolith Soft just put a boot to Bethesda and there crappy dev teams, Xenoblade X performs better, looks tonnes better, has a much better world. F4 should had been released perfect with the amount of time and no effort that was put into it, that's the issue right there though, no effort.
I played this for 4 hours the passed 2 days and it's just not worth the hype.
Didn't look good
Animations sucked
Voice acting sucked
It was like playing Fallout 3.5.
Did not play like next gen title.
Fallout 4 surprised me. I KIND OF liked Fallout 3, but was never as invested in it as I am F4.
I don't think the game looks awful, but you can tell development started 4 years ago with last-gen targets. The lighting is beautiful, though.
The most surprising thing about Fallout 4 is the soundtrack! Really awesome music, which I wasn't expecting. A lot of it reminds me of Oblivion/Skyrim.
I'm almost at the 90 hour mark, and I've had one crash on PC. Not bad for a Bethesda game. On top of that, my GTX 970 has the game as a solid and consistent 72fps (kind of weird that it mostly stays at 72fps). The only time I see it dip down to the 40s is around Good Neighbor. Weird, but it's a dense environment with a lot of things going on. I'm still finding new things exploring. Absolutely insane that I'm at 88 hours and I've only done a few of the main quests.
Another game released first then finished later. Thankfully I don't like Besthesda's trash.
Bet you love DriveClub tho. Have they finished making that game yet?
