
That's the base resolution in performance mode. Sub 720p.
This is quality mode.

The resolution is so low that it's full of artifacts and utterly falls apart in motion. But at least, you don't get shader compilation stutters. You do get lots of screen tearing and drops into the 30s.
But remember what Below_Average said?
Seeing how strongly PS5 holds 60fps is surprising knowing the performance mode is 1440p (not sure if dynamic) since other GPUs thought to be far more powerful than PS5 like the 2080TI are only hitting the 30's at the same resolution.

Cute, he thought the PS5 was outperforming the 2080 Ti when it's displaying 3x less pixels. The PS5 version also crashes and has bugs as well.
