If you use the new scoring system for the 360 as well, you get an 8.5 just like the PS3's. 8.5=8.5

the graphics are better on xbox360 also when i played the demo the framerate was solid on 2 tracks i played.

I think its sad that the PS3 is just now getting DiRT. That game is such old news to everyone else.

Talking about multiplats in PS3 favour is nothing but a massive failure. 1 out of 10 multiplats are better on the PS3, this thread is pointless. get back when you got 10 more examples, and please use games that`s released on the same time. I guess thats impossible because you always get old news on your beloved Sony machine.

this is sooo old... but yes. the PS3 version has a steady framerate, less screentearing and less bloom (that 360 has too much off).

but the experience is exactly the same. the framerate isssue isn't that big as the framerate issues in ps3 multiplats....

but yes, it's the better version (although some graphicall detail ios missing from thePS3 version like some trees and some lighting and grass is better on the 360).

that's true. but the PS3 version IS slightly better.

there is no reason not to buy the 360 version though. the game is great.

Look, more development time allows the developers to make improvements and fix issues. If the Ps3 versions were released at the same time as the 360 version, it would have had the same problem.DrinkDuff

This is one of those games i'm going to pick up second hand and I have the choice of either console to get it on. In all honesty though it's likely to be 360 for me as achievements > slightly downgraded graphics and slightly better framerate.

Sony need to hurry up with Home, I really like the unity between all games that the 360 has created. Love them or hate them achievements do add to the replay value of a game and give friends an excellent way to compare game progress at a glance.

while the PS3 version has less detail in the environmants, i think the bloom in the 360 version is WAY overdone.
