You never know. The gamestop that I got NMH at got a wopping 2 copies of the game, and one (mine) was reserved. The other GS might have received more though.

For those who love argueing about the differences in the DEMO, this what IGN said:
"PS3 version has cleaner textures, x360 version has screen tearing" - IGN

IIRC, the demo is quite an old build, so im not entirely surprised the final version has differences. That review actually echoes the 1up preview from a while ago.
I am not going to spend $60 on a game that gets below 9.
Plus I didnt like the demo that much.

What an 1d1ot. So you didn't buy Mass Effect either?Ehh it's his choice/opinion. IMO i didn't like ME all that much after playing it for about 2hrs. But so far, im really enjoying DMC4(on mission 3). Then again, that's b/c i like games like DMC,NG,GOW etc. It's all based on preference. If i had to give my opinion to him....You're missing out on a great game, d00d. :)

Its sad that gamers these days think anything lower then a 9=flop.
It is a bit rediculus. I mean look at SSBM. that got AA but was easily the most loved game on the GC. It even got more love than RE4 and wind waker. Hell my favorite game on the PS2 is Shadow of the Colossus. Besides, going be reviews alone is bleh way to buy games.

The review doesn't say that, ' It's not in the gameplay department, because DMC4 plays the same regardless of which system that you play on. Nor is it in the visual department, because visual issues are virtually negligible ' IGN ,and stop bandodging Liquid-GEAR.
I'll probably get it this week. Gonna trade in Eternal Sonata and Mass Effect (didn't like either of them). I think I've finally realized RPG's aren't for me. I'd rather hack demons up.
I've got it and its definitely a cool game. VERY interesting story scenes. Will totally set down and watch them all again after I beat it the first time. Combat is a bit linear, it seems to always come down to beating each enemy a specific way (throw the frosts, shoot down or grab mephistos then slam, dodge/grab/stab angels etc.) but thats probably lazyness on my part. I'm worried though that I'm going to have to play through the exact same levels again as Dante though. The signs definitely seem to be pointing to that, but I haven't reached the point where they switch out.

Looks like it's best on PS3. I shall be picking this up first day. -=)
The reason ALL PS3 game store some sort of info to the HDD is b/c the BD drive is crap! Capcom is basically showing you that if you don't do this install, you'd probably be waiting twice as long as the X360 counterpart. Im actually glad i got the X360 version cause i've only got a 40gb PS3(until more games come out & i switch HDD's). Plus, after switching "lock on" to the RT, the game feels great & doesn't cramp my hand like the demo did.
