I believe it says in the article that the game will release simultaneously on the Xbox 360 and PS3, unless that was either mistranslated, or misinterpreted. Here's the quote:

Debilmacrai! Well it certainly seems official enough. Don't really care for the game though. Uncharted, Heavenly Sword and MGS4 are the games supposed to steal my moneys. Motorstorm was as well once upon a time...before it turned out to be the most shallow game evar. Anyhow, ouch cows.
