Do Hermits think that if they convert enough consolites....

to the PC platform that devs will start making games designed around their high ends PC's again? The way herms parade around the PC you would think they got commission for converts. Sure Lems, Sheep, and Cows all bash each others systems but (I don't have "proof", but you guys know its true) they mainly just want to claim superiority and "win" the console wars. Hermits are always trying to get people to "try" PC gaming.

Try PC gaming ? more people play PC oriented games then consoles games Hermits don't need to convert people, were just trying to educate how much better PC gaming is =)

its the "try" part that is the imprtant thing here. Most Hermits on here, have a great distaste for people dismissing the platform without having any knowlage, and yet still a predisposed mindset against it, while most Hermits DO or have playied on consoles.

But I don't think the Hermits actively try to recruit ^.- They just grow very tired of bull and "not quite true facts" that gets around on SW much of the time. Granted there are a few quite obnoxious Hermits around, but then there are those of every fanbase really.

I got a game rig on my own terms but I will say this, If it wasn't for some Hermits on here I would of probably got frustrated with it. I think it is all it is hyped up to be to a certain point, but then again my rig is probably a little dated. I can most certainly see the difference in 3 out of 4 games. I am just not digging the exclusives right now but to be fair I have not had much time with it.

They do get games for their high-end rigs... Even games not designed for hig-end rigs would take them to run much higher resolutions than the consoles.

I think you were Trying to say that PC gamers are more focused on getting people involved in PC gaming as opposed to console gamers, that spend more time trying to belittle PC and other console gamers. I quit pc gaming years ago because i got sick of RTS and MMO's. Thats all PC gaming has. Thats all you guys brag about. You play 1 great RTS for a year straight until the next RTS comes out and then switch. Or youll play WoW for 5 years straight and switch to a new one. Sorry but im not a masochist. I like variety and a wide variety of genres. Plus Keyboard and mouse is a horrible way to play games. Its only good for RTS and point/click adventures. Using WASD to walk feels stupid along with the mouse for camera. Shooters suck for pc. Then i have to break my wrist and back trying to play any of those games. Its not a fun experience.stuff238

Cows-Brag about PS3 and hype it's games a lot, not too interested in the other systems really.

Lems-Always angry about what PS3 does and are obsessed with sales, fight with the claim "better multiplat graphics" but then see PS3 exclusives and say "graphics don't matter". Often flip flop on arguments but always come across as insecure about their system and jealous of the PS3.

Sheep-Usually stay in their own, don't go around bashing anyone. Most sheep already own the other sytsems, only one they bash consistently as a group is usually Sony because of the Vita and PBR.

Hermits-Seem like they want attention, or just really good trolls. Trying to "convert" people with their talk of mods and specs and graphics ect....most of which is often over exaggerated. Most Hermits own a console already. Hermits don't convince anyone, no one cares about PC gaming, if they did they would have upgraded their PC's already. Console gaming to me is just better and in about 1 to 2 years the main advantage they have will be gone.
