Do PS3 Owners Wish They Could Have Halo Reach? Be Honest....

I honestly want to play Uncharted so I'll just wait untill I get a PS3. Don't you want to play Halo: Reach?

No interest in Halo, not since I played Halo 1. Good game, but not something that blew me away.

I don't have a PS3 (Got 360) and don't want it.

I want DNF (It will be released damn it! :P )

Sure, i would play that game if i had a 360. I've thought many times about buying a 360 but between my PS3 and nice PC, i havent found enough of a reason to get one yet. Many of the ones that don't make it to the PS3, i am able to get for the PC. Maybe someday though i'll buy an xbox. There are a couple exclusives that do look very good.

Wouldn't mind playing it to see with my own eyes if it's good or not. But I wouldn't buy a 360 for it.

oh yeah definately. if its overall better than ODST i'll definatly buy it, thing is this year is looking like a full-blown attack on my wallet

Being a PS3 owner i can say that i do not want Halo: Reach. Yes it looks good, and if it the gameplay is good, it will challenge for GOTY but I do not want another shooter i dont even play the ones i own.

Why will they not let it die? It's like they are trying to make a Link, Mario, Sonic franchise. (i.e. endless Rehashes every gen)

There are other franchises I would rather have on the PS3 including Mass Effect, Fable, Forza Motorsport, and Project Gotham Racing. Honestly, I lost all interest in Halo after the second one.

What single console owner wouldnt want more options?

If i only had a 360, i'd want to be able to play ANYTHING the PS3 had to offer over the 360

Why would they? :? Halo has a pretty specific fanbase... and if you're not in it, there really isn't anything about Reach that is particularly appealing. I think it will be the first proper 'next-gen' Halo... But any PS3 fans that are also FPS fans have already had Killzone 2, Resistance, & MW... Not knocking the game, but I own a 360 and I'm not even hyped for Reach. Funny enough, the PS3 has fully satisfied my FPS cravings. Now Alan Wake and Splinter Cell on the other hand... I'm pretty sure quite a bit of them would like to have AT LEAST one of those.

Still, after seeing that latest GOWIII footage... I won't be thinking about any other game for a LONG time, lol.

Yes!! :oops: But it's alright I can survive without Halo :P and if I absolutely have to play it I can get access to a 360. The only games that would force me to buy a 360 is a new Killer Instinct and Deathrow game.

Believe it or not, the fact that I don't like Halo was one of the main driving factors as to why I got a PS3. I've played every Halo game thats been released with my friends (except Halo Wars) and it just doesn't appeal to me. It does look like an improvement from Halo 3 which is good for fans of the series but even if it was released for PS3 I still wouldn't buy it

I personally know at least 1 PS3-only owner that is dying to play Halo 3 and is anticipating Reach.

most ps3 only owner are not big fps fans, and even for the fps players theres killzone 2 cod mw2, bf badcomp2, and resistance2 we dont need halo LOL

That's like asking XBox 360 fans if they want KZ2 or Resistance 2. Most 360 fans wouldn't want those games either. I own all 3 systems, so it doesn't matter to me. I usually play all the exclusives anyways. I'm looking forward to Halo: Reach, as well as GoW3, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Monter Hunter Tri, FF XIII, and Fable 3.

id rather have a none generic shooter if i had to choose a 360 game maybe shadow complex I already have enough shooters

PC - Crysis, Mass Effect 1 and 2, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Fear, Fear 2, Halo, Halo 2, Gears of War, Crysis Warhead, Borderlands,

PS3 - Call of Duty WAW, Call of Duty MW, Call of Duty MW2, Killzone 2, Resistance 2

Reach looks good, but I wouldn't pay $60 for it. Even if it was on the PS3.

Seriously. I've played Halo 1 & 2 on the PC, thought the games were good (i'd score it a 7.0). But i didn't find the "Halo Universe" all that interesting, nor did i think the gameplay was any special. So, from there on, neither Halo 3 or any other game from the franchise did appeal to me at all.

I prefer other types of shooters i guess.

nobody on ps3 wants to admit they want halo reach... :( its gonna be better than kz2, resistance 2 and mw2 for sure... well kz2 is probably gonna be right there next to reach but i think gameplay,multiplayer, and story on reach will own kz2, but the graphics for kz2 still look better than reach's, though we havent even seen true gameplay vids of reach just little 2-3 second clips :/Bangerman15
