Do real game devs read GS forums???

Just a curious question , cus I've read some outstanding threads on strategies for the 3 companies.

Nintendo's Reggie always says they read the blogs, but somehow they never deliver too much....

I don't know I know 2K Games Community Manager is a member of Gamespot she joined a Union they mainly post in game specific boards.

She has two GS Usernames and she joined two Bioshock unions.

Some game devs post on NeoGAF.

We had Cory Barlog (God ofWar II) come here in 2007 and he was a great poster. I remember he said somethin like he didnt like the Wii too much and the Sheep were on him HARD. They were trying so hard to change his opinion but he reacted nice to them, despite all they were chucking at him.

Unlike another dev i know....

I'm sure they may have some staff members that look at all the chatter to see what the general opinion or trend of something is.
