Those games will actually be good :lol: i think :?. I bought Okami cuz of the damn hype and i was disappointed like never b4, the game gets boring after a while because of the easy combats :(.
No hype. I buy sequels to series I already like, or games based off of reviews. I don't have the time to buy and complete every single game that comes out, that seems interesting to me.
I bought a few games on Hype alone. Assasins Creed is an example of a purchase I regretted, but it was still a good game, just not as good as I thought it would be.
I used to until I did it with Halo2...I think that is the last game I bought without thinking. Now Im a lot more cautious...I take that back because I am buying gta4 and mgs4 solely off of hype. I have a feeling that I will regret both of those choices by expecting too much :\
Both will at least be decent I'm sure so I don't think there is too much to worry over.
I did until I bought the epic failure that was BioShock. Now I don't even follow hype anymore and have little interest in any of the new games coming out.
I just joined the GTAIV hype bandwagon, I mean 60$ bucks will literally escape from my wallet as a consequence of the GIANT hype for this game, I have to see for myself if the game will end up being as good as they say.
