Honestly i don't know what i would do without system wars. I've spent countless hours reading the bickering that goes on here. Its very entertaining stuff. And yes, I think the console wars are a relevant subject because each company is trying to outdo one-another and we're the ones who get to say what's being done right and what's being done wrong
don't really care. this entire gen is godawful, imo. there are exceptions, but in general, resources are all directed into presentation, and the games just aren't that fun.
I own all three machines because I am awesome....the console wars are about marketing and buyers remorse...thoughts?darkbeauner
No I don't care about the console wars. I just buy what fits me the best and couldn't care less what other people think about what I prefer. I am a PC gamer and want one console that will widen my game selection the most. That console is the PS3. I don't want a wii or 360. Not because I hate them, but because the wii is pretty much a last gen system and I neglected last gen. So if I am going to spend $250, it won't be to buy a wii, but $250 in PS2 games I skipped last gen. And I don't want a 360 because it breaks way to often and has no games that interest me that aren't also on the PC or PS3.
I love my xbox360 but I have to admit...I have sent it back twice now...but my gf's has never broken. Don't even get me started on my wii...it gathers dust...
in a sense, i am. but i determine the winner by the best games, so sony is doing an outstanding job. microsoft is doing great. nintendo is rather lacking.

Exactly. I mean, I don't really care about the console war, I just like coming here and correcting fanboy logic :P.
I like the bickering for entertainment. I also don't have the time to keep up with all the news anymore. Come in here 2-3 times a week and these crazy fanboys will keep up for me! Ah the research a fanboy will do just to think he "won" an arguement!
