Now I don't know about you, but when ever I play a RPG like the old Final Fantasy I get bored with waiting to strike my opponents. Or constant random battles.
No, not really. I pay a lot of attention when I play games. I only doze off if I'm pulling all-nighters. Oh but if a game's got bad dialogue and voice acting I lose interest quick.
For me is somewhat common from time to time. I dunno why. At some point I'm bored of something (even after a small amount of playtime), but next time I'm having a blast in the exact same spot.
Maybe it's just that I usually get bored easily when I'm tired, and I'm pretty much always tired.
yup i havent been able to finish many games becauseof the game geting boring, i would just rather do other stuff. also one huge reason why i dont no rpg, i have no clue how people can play those games like ff were u stand then u tell the guy to attack, the person does then runs back.
I got bored of FF XI. The grind was just to much to bare. Most single player RPG's I don't get bored of, I just can't find the time to finish them. I got bored of Oblivion after awhile, but may go back and finally finish that game.

Oblivion isn't very challenging, I got bored real quick. Enemies shouldn't level with you in that game to add some challenge, I miss getting mauled by bears like in Bloodmoon.

If I get bored, I finish the game, review it, then insult it at every opportunity. Quit playing? Weirdo >_> I meant in the immediate sense. It takes much more than a little boredom to keep me from playing a game entirely.
