No PS3 reviews for Orange Box or UT3? For such high profile games, it is weird that there are no reviews for these two PS3 titles considering that the holiday season is here. Could they bewaitingbecause the publisher is requesting to hold out on the review? Both UT3 and OB reviews were revealed simultaneously with the PC games' release, so I find it strange they have been mum on these titles so far. They got a bad score so the managment is keeping the reviews down until the games out for a bit and every one who buys it finds out they've been stiffed. Ya know, marketing.
jivet your awesome man, and its pretty much an expected thing now for them to not review ps3 games the second there out, i think itll be strange to see what the game gets because if jeff was still here it would have been out already
I think the review for HALO3 came out quick and pretty much most 360 reviews come out faster... But ps3 get delay all the time. Whats up with that?

They post about HALO3 on the front main page leading up to the release. They post about HALO3 on release and the review came out quickly. They post about HALO3 in the aftermath.
Even though GS was posting HALO3 a lot, I did found something strange. Usually when a new main article appears, it would usually push the previous over to next slot. Like on GS's main homepage, you usually would have to click on the buttons to move over to the next previous news. As each news appear, it will get push 1 more to the right. But with HALO3, I notice they keep HALO3 on the front. Even when new news was appearing, they would appear on the 2nd or 3rd slot. Normal they would appear on the 1st slot.
Other games and news just don't get this type of royal treatment.
There are probably 2 reasons, the first is that GS is generally the last major review source to release their review. Whether this is to make sure the check doesn't bounce, because they're lazy or because they're genuinely trying to do a good job remains to be seen. The second reason is that whoever reviewed it is probably scared ****less about this review, because no matter what he is going to be ridiculed by someone. If he scores it a 9.5 he'll be blasted because of the apparent framerate issues and glitches. If he scores it lower he'll be ripped for being biased. Its a no-win situation for the reviewer, who very well could be Aaron Thomas.
