Do you hate xbox that much?

Don't hate the box just the company that owns it. I owned a 360 last gen and ps3, with ps4 having better performing multiplats and I like Sony's 1rst party more I see no reason for me to own an Xbone.

I dont hate the X1, but I do wish it had more exclusives, seeing as I wont be buying many multiplats for it this gen. I'm sure Quantum Break,Halo 5, and Gears of war will be worth it in the end. Still I hope MS brings the system many more exclusives, games like PGR,Perfect Dark, or a new Banjo would make for great exclusives.

I don't hate Xbox or MS. I was probably a bigger Xbox fanboy than anything else with the Xbox 360, and a much bigger Xbox fan through that generation as well. For now I'd say I'm more a Nintendo enthusiast as I've settled on a Wii U and 3DS while I let the market figure out where the Xbox One and PS4 are going. But I'll definitely say MS dropped the ball on the Xbox One in many areas. It's like they didn't have a grasp of what made their console popular, its strengths over the competition, the mistakes of their competition, or the things that gamers hate. And lately I feel that MS doesn't even have a grasp to utilize its resources on improving its situation. They wasted $2.5 billion on Minecraft, retained none of the figureheads and talent that made it, and all while the game has been ported every-which-way. I see no future in that move that pays off for the Xbox One. That's $2.5 billion that could have funded a substantial amount of well funded exclusives and really tilted things in their favor. Add whatever money they used to acquire Tomb Raider, and the billion they said they've put into XBO exclusive content thus far ($400 million of which went into a 5 year contract for an NFL fantasy football app), I worry this all will make investors and the company troubled with how things have played out, that their patience will grow thin with the gaming/Xbox division, and when they need to finally utilize their resources the proper way maybe the company might not be so forthcoming with the money when it matters.

I just think the technology is neat. I'll always have a dedicated CPU and a graphics card, because that is where you ultimately can throw horsepower at a games performance. Gaming on an APU is a novel concept, though. Like watching a Lotus Elise versus a Lamborghini. The Elise will eat the turns for breakfast lunch and dinner, but the Lambo will win simply due to sheer force.

It's less to do with fanboyism and more an academic musing. I look forward to seeing what developers will be doing with the PS4 in four or five years. After all, look at what these studios were able to do with the PS3?

Not only that they actually blocked 3rd parties from releasing free content even if they wanted to,like it happen with Left4 dead 2 content which was free on PC and $7 dollars on xbox 360.

Sony know the backlog of a hardcore gamer is filling up the mantel. It still essentially peppering the crowd with the competitions game while preparing a full on arsenal to attack the market come christmas and beyond.

The over all consensus on LEMMING land is the xbox one has more games,on the real world were people get to chose what they want to buy without silly rules,the PS4 has more games higher rated and superior multiplatforms.

What games the xbox ones has that are not on any other platforms,yeah Kinect kinect kinect,3 games people with kinectless sku can't play,oh and SO which is about the only thing decent in the platform as FH2 can be play on 360.

Then you should care about sunset overdrive since it plays very similarly to Infamous (only its better imo) and you can only play that on XB1.

Well for me at least I like US stuff, I can't speak for the whole of the UK but we have a lot in common in language and culture. If i had the choice between something made in China and something made in the US I would chose the US every time (assuming it was competitive).

well for my friends in the UK, they tell me people there don't really go for brand or location that its all about their perceived value. they basically buy the best value for the most part, but still alot of people there do hate america and think were all fat red necks who listen to country music and drive huge trucks. But most countries out of the US and UK seem to hate anything american.

Everyone wanted a better system. They weren't bothered by the currency so much as they were bothered by the fact the point cards don't line up with items in the market place. You couldn't just buy one thing and expect not to have points left over.

No we still have that same problem plus the added layer of not being able to use different cards in different regions.

That plus some games are only available digitally, so supermarkets can't help there.
