Far Cry 3 looks awesome! If it follows through with everything they are saying and manages to keep it interesting (looks to be), it could be a big hitter no doubt.

The first two Far Cry games were terrible, so boring I wanted kill myself (no not that bad, but still it was border line torture)

Only reason Far Cry got attention was for it's good graphics (at the time) and it's map maker feature. Neither of which make the game goo, it was mediocre crap. Far Cry 3 I'm not holding my breath for.

Anyone see the Far Cry movie? No I'm not making this up, it's real and has Anthony Bordain (No Reservations) on it. It's so bad it's hilarious!

You were doing the same thing over and over again expecting it to change... Far Cry 2 reacts to how you play it. It's your fault if the experience is repetitive.
