Do you play games that get low scores

I recently played this Vikings battle for asgard and even though it got a 5 im really enjoying it

do you ever play any games that get crap scores

Generally, no. Because my budget for games is tight, I usually will not spend my money on something that gets low scores across the board.

I will however buy a game that gets an average or sligtly mediocre score if it looks appealing and I get the feeling that reviewers are selling it short.

meh i got a job i like to play alot of games.

i dont play them if they score 5 or below

I enjoyed the hell out of a game that got like 2.5 here, so yeah I suppose I do.

That's exactly what I said about Viking when I played it; can't believe the score Gamespot gave it. I read the review and the guy was way way off. It just sounds like he was playing a different game.

Also agree about the Fable 2 pub games.

Crash Bandicoot and Star Wars: Rebellion are two of my fave games and they got terrible scores here.TenP

WTF? i never even noticed that crash bandicoot got a 6.8 here! thats ridiculous that games like a 9.0

Viking is truly a great game, and severely underrated by most places.

That said, bad review scores usually keep me from buying on release day, mainly because bad reviews usually mean that i'll be able to get the game used pretty cheap within a few weeks of the release. Poor reviews never keep me from playing a game im interested in eventually though.

anyhow, I bought it like 2 months ago and I must say, this game is freaking awesome.

Seriously. If you like Dragonquest, DragonBall Z, or fun-loving animes at all, you owe it to yourself to get this game. If I had to rate it numerically, I'd give it a 9.2.

I did rent Viking for the record though. It's an okay game, but it drags on after a while. Id say that it's a 6.3

I think these two games are really addictive, despite their bad scores.

yea it did gets my vote for 2nd best story next to MGS4

I love western type games

darkwatch gun and read dead revolver were pretty good

call of juerez wasnt too bad

dead mans hand was probably the only bad western game ive ever played

There are way too many games which I have enjoied that got a crap score....So yes

played folklore 7 on gamespot it's aowsome
