right now i dont think so. might change my mind later. what i really want is a wii version of EA's fight night round 3 using the wii motion sensor. i think that would be awesome. i like wii boxing on wii sports, but fight night would be even better for me.

I have a Wii, and no I would never get this game. It looks very boring and stupid. You can always go outside and work out to get fit, so why the heck would I pay for something I can already do for free.

For the price of the Wii and Wii Fit game, you could easily buy a simple weight set and a nice pair of running shoes...

Because, it tells you if you are doing the exercise right, it keeps track of your progress, and it adds some interest to a past-time that is dead boring.

Well, considering what Shiggy said, the dev team that made it seem to be having a lot of fun with it.

I would never buy this, and if it was given to me I would probably just post one of those vidoes on You Tube.....you know, where they show some moron smashing a PS3 or Wii or 360......except that moron would be me smashing that thing.

I'll keep an open mind to it, but I don't see myself getting it. It's entirely possible that my mother will buy the game though. I'd definitely play it, but it simply does not take priority of the massive amounts of other DS, Wii, PC, and PSP games I'll be buying over the next year.

Hmm, fanboyism aside, which quote sounds more like someone who would be honest in an argument.

Ok the line between the Wii being a Gaming console and some kind of work out device has just got really thin.

Whats next Nintendo drops there game lineup, and turns Nintendo into a fitness co.

What if it turns out that that's just a minigame on the full Wii Fit game that is actually a shooter, even better than Halo, with PS3+ graphics, and steadily updating downloadable content. Too bad you decided to never buy the game, instead of keeping an open mind. Of course that would never happen, but the fact remains that people who make black and white blanket statements often end up looking foolish.

If anything, it could have some fun party games, so it'll be fun for when people come over. And since all the girls I know are fairly health consious, they can now come and "work out with me". ;)

I'd love to get it for my dad, who is a bit overweight, but I know for a fact that he'd probably play it for about 10 minutes and then just switch the TV to Sopranos reruns.

It might be...but you'll have to put in 3 times more time to garner the same results of a "normal" cardio workout, I would think.

No, but it would definately help you stay in shape.

Wow, Ayes are overtaking Nays on the poll. I can honestly say that after the reaction I got, I didn't expect that.

Nah, I don't think this will be one of the games I buy when I get my Wii.

Not saying it's gonna be a bad game, but I'd rather do my own exercise, than play a game dedicated to it.
