Now many people (mainly sheeps but Lemms and Cows were happy) were angry that Wii graphics are being compared to Xbox 360 and PS3. Since they do this I think it is only fair if when Halo comes out the controls should be compared stright with metriod pimes. If the controls are worst then it should bring the score down a bit. But if controls are better then yes it should get some ponts for it (better would be funner not more precise because percision does not always mean fun) Same thing goes for RE5 (which would be compared control wise to RE4). Also every single game. Like racing games would be comparing the joystick to the wii (racing wheel controls, like Mario Kart wii when that comes out). So if the controls aren't as fun as the wii's the game should get dinged for this. Same goes for the wii if controls make games worst than pressing the button. This goes forevery game. Would that be fair?
I think you have to take the hardware of the system in question into account first and foremost. Speculating about using a Wiimote control scheme in a 360 game wouldn't really add anything to the review/discussion. It wouldn't be fair to penalize Halo for not using Wii controls, just like it's not fair to compare Wii's graphical horsepower to 360's.

Exactly, GS rates Wii graphics based on Wii standards. Therefore Halo 3 controls will be rated on 360 standards.
I tought they ditched that review system with this one, or am i wrong?
They did, I didn't mean to imply that they explicitly "rate" the graphics. I just mean that if they're reviewing Metroid Prime 3, they're not going to say: "we're disappointed because every 360 or PS3 game puts it to shame".
