technically it could, but why would it when it was dedicated to the ps3 and had a bunch of pr stunts pyt into it development? I would say no, so who cares games are fun, just play them.
Possible? Of course. It has been the norm rather than the exception to have some sort of improved port of MGS games into other systems, with MGS3 being the exception.
Probable? I don't know, I'm not sure. Those ports in question weren't particularly successful, and the game is now past it's initial hype push - MS has little reason to be proactive in getting it (aka using teh moniezz), and Kojima seems to be against the idea (though Konami has expressed interest).
Most likely? No, and if we get that port at all, it will be at least a year from now.

Except that Mass Effect was published by MS. And when has Bioware ever made a ps3 game? Konami, on the other hand, is a multiplat company and has even brought MGS2 to the Xbox and PC.

Microsoft published it, it even says Microsoft Studios in the opening sequences. So, I don't think it will be ported to PS3. There is a good chance Mass Effect 2 and 3 will though.
Not gonna happen but either way i don't care. As long as i get to play games, don't care if they go multiplat or stay exclusive to whatever console as i own both.

There are Apple computers/laptops and iPods advertised heavily in the game. 5. There are Sony phones in the game. 6. There is codec about the advantages about BluRay. 7. Sony have said constantly this is exclusive, they emphasised it again this E3. After losing FF13 I assume they're keeping this one. 8. Kojima has emphasised again and again this is exclusive to the PS3. 9. Sony helped with the development of the game. (Watch the BluRay documentary)
Yes, there is a lot there that says this game is an exclusive. It looks to me like the game has gone out of its way just to prove that its exclusive. There is a miniscule chance that it could port to the 360, but lets face it, its HIGHLY unlikely.
It's not impossible but even if it does happen, the ps3 would have had like a 1 year timed exclusivity. And all the lemmings yelling "just wait" arrogantly at the cows will be pretty much silenced.

Which begs the question.
What rational reason keeps Konami from Cashing In on millions in pure profits to be had by also making the game available for PC/360 ?
It could happen in the future but as of right now it's exclusive and untl Konami says otherwise thats that. Any 360 only owner wants to play the game has a few options:
Buy a PS3, borrow a PS3, just forget about playing the game or just wait...
