[QUOTE="wallpaper42"][QUOTE="Vyse_The_Daring"] [QUOTE="wallpaper42"]Yes it should be a PS3 exclusive or the Xbox should just get a version with way less content because it's pissing me off so much that the 360 is making this game like a last-gen game. It's going to have less content than San Andreas and that is just plain rediculous. If it was a PS3 exclusive then it would have more weapons, more cars, more customization, and a really, really gigantic world to explore. But the 360 took my dreams and then killed them.PS3_3DO
Way to take being misinformed to a whole new level:
Less content than San Andreas? So I suppose you think the PS2, the worst hardware of last gen, is more powerful than the 360. How could the PS2 have more content than the 360? I shouldn't even continue but I will.
Blu-Ray doesn't magically add all of those things. If it did Uncharted, Lair and Resistance would all be longer games with more weapons, etc. These things cost money, and Blu-Ray has yet to show that it is necessary.
For the most part, your post consisted of "waaa waaa the 360 is allegedly holding GTAIV back because teh cell and teh blu-ray aren't standard!" Even if that wasn't just selective reading on your part (you should try actually reading the article this time), it would just be a taste of how the PS2 (once again: the weaker hardware) held back GTA and probably other multiplats last gen.
Here I'll explain, the 360 uses DVDs just like the PS2 and Xbox. So the space is pretty much the same. And guess what, 360 games have better graphics and sound, which takes more space than if it had PS2 graphics and sound. So that gives them less space to put content such as guns, cars, and the city in. Get it?
MS could in the future add-in HD-DVD drives.
Yes they should, then I wouldn't care if it was multiplat, actually I would want it to be then they would get more money to make the next one even better.
