Do you think Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo read the opinions on here in SW to see what the current "market" thinks about the 3 consoles or am I tripping out? Sorry if this doesn't make sense.

What kind of things? Like how everything is doing on the internet. Like in GS articles and IGN articles they say, "so and so forum posters say this about such and such update (etc). Dude do i make sense is this this jibberishhhs?
They probably have some guys who sit each day and scoure the net for news and opinions. So yes, they probably do check from time to time. I remember the GUFU site got a Microsoft employee asking around.
They may have one or two employees who are paid to surf the net and get an idea of the publics opinion, but even then it is doubtful that one of the sites that they check would be this one.
Due to the enormous, uneducated statements that occurred in here, I doubt it.
I'm sure they do go through the normal FORUMS for some form of feedback, but remember SW or any gaming forum do not reflect the overall population. Ex.... Wii ... everybody I know who bought the Wii, loves it and is happy. These are family oriented people who do not spend all there time with consoles and PC's. They don't care about HD and who making game here and there. They like the enter action with the kids and older people in the family. The whole family enjoying gaming together .... another satisfied customer!
