Maybe I've been spoiled by my 360 but I feel all games should include online play or atleast online components. There are very few games that I buy these days that are not online. The only 2 released this year is Zelda and God Of War 2. It's ridiculous that NIntendo does not have it's online network up yet considering how long they've been working on the Wii. Where's the industry leader in innovation at?
Doesn't that seem a bit ridiculous? I've had online games for nearly 10 years on my PC. That didnt stop making games on the Xbox, PS2, GC, and earlier from being great. I think you are simply just starting to become familiar with online making it seem like the greatest thing ever....Sonner or later you will get used ot it and simply appreciate a game for being a game, no matter if it has online or not.
i woukd rather have Nintendo take their time and make a good online network than just shove what they scraped up out there like Sony. not that Sony wont make theirs better but its like what Homer said "Do it without the attitude or dont do it at all"
I'm already happy with the online multiplayer for my PC.

Nintendo like to play it safe and not take risks. They try act like they are the innovative leaders, but arent. They cant even copy well enough, let alone lead.

Thats right they dont copy.......... thats up the PS3's alley. Nintendo is the most original company out there when compared to Sony.

Then again Nintendo make Microsoft look like a saint in the console world. Even though I say Sony is milking withe PS3. I would rather see Nintendo gone then Sony. Sony bring more competition to the table in hardware and software. I cant see anything done with the Wii, i want brought to the table or implemented in the next gen or next version of the Xbox. With the Ps3 I can see things I want inthe next Xbox.
i bought it.. both 360 and wii i never played online on 360 i booted up DOA U and DOA4 a few times but seriously it isnt that great.. fightings games are much better when you play with some other guy (kicking him when he tries to make a combo or stuff like that..)
online is the greatest thing ever. talking to other people that you don't know is such a fresh experience. there are some times that it can pis u off though
