ok, so what i want to do once i get my ps3 and complete the Holy Trinity, as Jeff puts it, is to remove the guts of all the systems and put them in one box, with all the disk trays facing outwards and whe ports for the cables in the back, so i would have a literal PSWii60. it's a very risky operation, i know, but i plan to practice on my last gen consoles (it's no problem if i lose them). is there anyone i can talk to as to how to do this in the best way possible? because i will admit that i'm not all too technically inclined.
I'm sure it could be done, but the box would probably end up being bigger than the three consoles stacked on top of one another, what with the separate cooling systems and all the necessary ports.

maybe if i scrap each system's cooling system in favor of one cooling system for everything, would that work? If it was powerful enough to keep everything cool, possibly. But what about the question of all the ports?
