Does PS4 have any AAA strategy games for the future?

PS4 is commonly known as "the king of variety" with many players claiming it has superior and more diverse selection of games than other systems.

However, one simple question from me, what does PS4 have from the genre of RTS AAA games for the next year?

How can they counter Halo Wars 2 made by Creative Assembly and 343 Industries?

Will Sony ever invest in a strategy game?

They'll play it on PC like any self respecting RTS gamer should

Real Time Strategy is a genre i play on PC, never on consoles, i can't the idea of playing those with a controller.

Can you imagine starcraft with anything other than a mouse and keyboard?

Disgaea 5 sold like trash in Japan...only 34k copies...the studio nearly went bankrupt because of this :( and that's why they made a PC port...

• NIS did not nearly go bankrupt, it sold well in Japan and well worldwide
• There is no PC port of Disgaea 5
• You asked if PS4 has a strategy game and you got an answer, a high quality game at that too

i'm wondering if Fanboys will have that moment of inner happiness when the day a company goes out of business comes? Some of these fanboy minds are grown up people who have lives but when they come here it's like they adapt this persona that they subdue in the real world. These loyalists to a piece of plastic trying so hard to justify their purchase. It's pathetic.

@lostrib:Halo Wars is designed for the controller so it plays well with a controller. I can't think of any other RTS that is designed specifically for a controller so obviously games like Starcraft wouldn't work on consoles. I've played tons and tons of RTS games on PC and Halo Wars 1 is honestly one of my favourites. It didn't have the depth of your average RTS but it was just so relaxing and fun to play + very well balanced for 2v2 & 3v3.

No one wants to play an RTS on a console, that's what a PC is for.

Halo 5 definitely wasn't the best shooter this year and nobody has ever cared about Forza. The only real world racer that sells is Gran Turismo.

Pretty much. The PC centric genres are the least interesting to me. Probably why I don't pay much attention to PC gaming.

Lems are hoping that just because it will have "Halo" in the title that it will be good. But even the main series is slipping. Halo 5: Flopians proved that.

I think if they want to make a spin off Halo game than they should try and pick a genre with a better chance at success.

RTS games on consoles are irrelevant. No one likes those kinds of games anyway. It is a relic genre of gaming from the 90's.

PS4 has a million of high quality games the xbox brand would never get so go away.

Halo Wars is AA at best. It's not even exclusive or brand exclusive for that matter being on PC. lol

I can't imagine playing a strategy game on console unless it was pretty bare boned. A keyboard is a must in the genre. With that said, PC has Warhammer and XCOM 2 next year. Gonna be fun.
