[QUOTE="Gamer4535"] [QUOTE="V_Isle"]Not anymore. The vehicle-building concept looks very gimmicky. The game should have been a platformer instead. Banjo-Tooie was a platformer and it was innovative and fresh, scored higher than the first one, so there's no reason a third platformer Banjo game couldn't add new stuff and be fresh as well. SMG is a platformer still, and it got 9.5. I don't see sheep saying it shouldn't have been a platformer, or that it's stale. Would SMG have worked better if it were a vehicle game like this one? I think not. It would have been worse. Much, much worse. So all of you who say "a third platformer wouldn't be good" just think about SMG.
Anyway, I don't think we should hype this game anything higher than AA. Rare hasn't had an AAA game in almost three years...V_Isle
And Square-Enix hasn't made a AAA game since last gen.
We shouldn't hype FF13
I'm not a cow if that's what you're insinuating. I don't even have a PS3.
As for Banjo 3, it looks like a gimmicky spin-off game instead of the true sequel to Banjo-Tooie. Maybe if it scored 9.5 or higher I'd give it another look, but for now, I'm focusing on Fable 2 and Left 4 Dead and such.
Im not calling you a cow, in fact, SE supports the 360 more so than the ps3, so far.
But in general, it's stupid to say. All the games rare have made this gen have been good. Kameo was the best imo, followed by VP/TIP and then PDZ (which was still good thank you).
I just dont see how youd call this gimmicky. Gimmicky is something if it were for asthetics, but its to do a challenge.
I swear, people scream they want innovation but scare it away when they see it.
