Does the two games that got perfect 10's deserve GOTY???

After beating both of the games i really don't want to see either GTA4 or MGS4 get GOTY
Don't really think they desrve that title

Despite not being a pc gamer..... spore looks like a for sure contendter

I think GTA deserves GOTY at the moment but there are a lot of good games lined up for the end of year like Far Cry 2, Gears 2 and Oblivion so who knowsgeorgio1

Metal Gear Online and Metal Gear Solid 4 are 2 completely different games, just featured on the same disk

Yo! These two game deserves all the credit and attention, but they are not "perfect" games in no way. GTAIV is a great game, but in my opnion isn't the G.O.T.Y. MGS4 deserves that honor (the story itself is worthy).Jordanaire

no, they werent perfect, but gamespot never said they were, 10 just means better than a 9.5

if you converted to this system, Gears of war would round up to a 10, metroid prime a 10, etc

MGS would have sold exactly the same amount of copies if it didn't have online, the online is a bonus, MGS's singleplayer is GOTY material x2, at least so far, let's hope we get a ton of rivals throughout the year xD I doubt it though =|.
