Does Unreal 3 even exist?

Epic created the Unreal 3 engine that has been used for a plethora of highly acclaimed games.

But, is there even an Unreal 3 game? I mean, Unreal 2: The Awakening was a pretty terrible game and I'm wondering if they are going to create a sequel or just scratch the series?

it's fine .... i think that after Hell's Highway the Unreal 3 engine will have been used to it's full potential

Unreal 2 is the last one I had (aside from the excellent tournament games) and my god was it awful.

I think they mean its the third version of the Unreal engine, not that it's the engine from Unreal 3.
