Don't be fooled by the Wii people

The Wii is nothing but a gimmick people, you gotta realize that to start with. It's basically a gamecube with a motion sensing controller, woopidie doo. The facts are most of the people who play video games are adults 18+ and teens 13-17, and majorly male. Going back to when i was 12 I had little interest in kiddie games and from experience with most other guys my age we all felt the same, that Nintendo was ok but Playstation was amazing because of the graphics, adult themes, and more advanced gameplay. Then xbox came out with online multiplayer, sony followed with ps3 and Nintendo STILL refuses to make a serious effort at online, therefore nailing their own coffin, it's only a matter of time before they fall now for their complete ignorance as to where the industry has evolved. They let Sony mortally wound them and their refusal to fight Sony and Microsoft back has all but assured their failure. The truth is just not that many people want to play kiddie games and games thta look crappy compared to the other systems

They aimed the Wii at non gamers and family's with the motion sensor, but how long will a non gamer stay interested with games like Cooking Mama's Cook Off or w/e it's called, specially when they see games like Gears of War, Motorstorm, or Lair on an HDTV. I know us hardcore games don't like to whore ourselves to graphics, but Nintendo has made it known they are targeting non gamers, well non gamers don't like Pokemon or Tamagatchi, they like violence and stuff crashing/blowing up. The reason why it's done so well right now is cause of it's price and the gimmick, but soon that gimmick will wear off from Nintendo's usual weak lineup of games and they will fall right back down to a distant third, and their eventual tombstone should say "We killed ourselves".

PS1 and PS2 had the worst graphics of their respective generations. You clearly are a fanboy. But that's ok. Without fanboy's SW would be boring.

I guess since I love ps3 and 360 and hate the wii that makes me a fanboy?  it's not like i don't like the wii for no reason it's just not a very fun system right now.  I mean zelda's good but it's zelda, you know what your getting when you play it. 

 and to whoever said ps1 and ps2 had the worst graphics of their generation, you must then be saying that N64 had better graphics than ps1 and that dreamcast had better graphics than ps2...are you on crack??? or worse yet, that gamecube had better graphics then ps2....ok that's what i thought.

 and yeah because i'm a level 1 on a FORUM I must know nothing about games, brilliant comment there.

is it possible anymore for someone to play a system and NOT like it and not get hammered for not liking it?  I'm not telling anyone they have to like ps3 or 360 just throwing my opinion out there if you dont like it that's fine.  Also in one of my previous posts i stated that its no secret 360 is the best system right now and that i love my 360, so whoever called me a sony fanboy there ya go
