Don't own a nice PC, 360 or PS3? Don't buy a Wii!!!

I noticed that a lot of gamers who only own a Wii have a habit of posting about how their Wii console is collecting dust and that they've sold or plan on selling their Wii's. Why not try and buy a 360 or a PS3 or build a nice gaming PC instead of relying on Wii games to keep you happy. There's tons of great games out on either the 360 or PC or even the PS3 for that matter that will compliment their Wii game collections. Any thoughts?

I've been away, theres a lot of people selling their Wii's? Odd, I see more people selling their 360's and PS3s.. And again, Consoles are not meant for Hardcore or casuals, its the software that dictates that, not hardware.

I don't get it. I thought "casual" games were like those from PopCap. I've got like fifteen games in my Wii library, and none of them are like that.

I think "hardcore" and "casual" are just terms designed to keep the hobby exclusive and special. I don't get that either.

It isn't like people were crazy to own a PS3 even though 360 had better exclusives and all the multiplats.

PS3 owners held strong with the multiplats and what little exclusive they had to start. MGS 4 turned out amazing. They other exclusives are still very good.

There are ton of exclusives on the way

Sony seems to be more focused on the gaming aspect of the PS3 now.

Video games can at least stimulate your brain cells and I'm pretty sure professional wrestling kills them. I'm almost positive that if everyone who loves professional wrestling disappeared from the earth right now no one would notice.
