Cool Story bro

What do you expect? It's a launch. Do you not remember how there were no games to play at PS3 launch? All I played when PS3 got released was RFOM. At least with PS4 I've got KZSF, BF4, AC4, and some indie games to keep me occupied.
AHH, COW TEARS...rain on meh!!!
leave the guy alone. he has a right to feel how he feels. the ps4's current line-up is lacking. a lot of people r realizing it. he's right to trade it in for a system with more games for him to play right now than sitting around waiting. at least he'll be repurchasing it. no need for you or anyone to bitch at him because he came to realization.
I'm actually pissing on you lol
lol smh.
well thanks for waiting a while at least before chasing me down again picture book. you stalking threads hoping for my next word to try and "confront" me again was....was a lil odd, lol.
Another entitled kid with too much money to burn. Use your brain next time and develop a thing called patience. God you probably get angry waiting 5 minutes in a line.
This " KID " is about to turn 45 and has been playing video games most likely longer than you've been alive.
However, i always believe that if the first version of console dev kits are made available to dev's at least 2 to 3 years ahead of the consoles release then there is no excuse as to why their can't be more games at launch, especially if more than half of them are 3rd party ports from other consoles.
There is no excuse for making gamers wait 6 months to a year after a consoles release date, for a game they showed off at E3 the year before.... even if the games not 100% perfect, who cares, now a days patches and updates can fix that at a later time.
Oh and yes any more than 5 to 7 minutes in a line, especially if i'm with my kids, then yeah i get a bit ansy.
Damn, that was dumb. Why not just get a ps3, instead of trading the ps4 in?
Because i don't have an endless supply of money, thats why....i need to use the trade credit from one to get the other, and that combined with a few game coupons is just what i did.
Trading consoles is a horrible idea. You lose money no matter what.
Soooo........
1) One can ass-ume that you did little to no research prior to your purchase of a PS4. While I fully agree that the 2014 announced releases seem lackluster (atleast to me), I have high hopes for 2015.
2) Why the f*ck would you get you rid of your PS3? Are you a compulsive person? Are you the type of customer that gives Gamestop a hard on every time you walk through their door?
3) If you have the money to blow on doing stupid shit like this then by all means.

Actually i did do extensive research, so much so i wasn't going to get it, then i started watching gameplay video's of Knack Killzone, and Battlefield that i just got too excited to resist the launch.
To prove it, i actually cancelled my reserve, and then when i watched those videos it was the day before launch, and i ended up waiting outside my Game store because the manager eluded to having extras for launch.
My xbone is just serving as a media hub for my entertainment center. I am playing last gen consoles and last gen games and will for the near future. As much as people knock the TV features and kinect, it was the sole reason I decided to be an early adopter of next gen as i knew they would offer value during the lackluster launch window.
But this was entirely expected, and i knew what I had signed up for. Im not entirely sure what you thought was going to happen, i was well aware of the anemic launch libraries for both systems. I guess it can be easy to get caught up in the hype, especially if you frequent this place.
Idk about this man. I mean there were other options and I think ALL of them would have been a better choice.
1. It's a launch - Game library will suck, these are $400-$500 investments.
2. Wait for Playstation Now - Supposed to come this summer. Would have solved your problem entirely
3. Just buy a PS3 and keep your PS4 - Now you have to spend another $400 to get the PS4 when it does get that catalog of games up to where you want them.
It was obviously your choice, but I think that this may be something that you might regret. Regardless, the PS3 won't disappoint you. I just hope that you don't regret buying a PS4 twice.

Kay.... That's nice that you believe that's the way it should work. But that doesn't change the fact that it doesn't work that way, and everybody knows it. You had absolutely no reason to expect more games at or near launch.

So, in answer to Bod's question #2: Yes, you are a compulsive person.
If you don't play you would be nuts to keep the PS4 on the shelf waiting, you can get all your money back now and buy one later that's probably more reliable and maybe even cheaper .
Yeah not a smart move thinking that a launch console will have an abundance of good games to play...never gonna happen.
However I do agree with your point on the poor quality of the thumbsticks. I too am having trouble with them wearing too quick so I was forced to buy some thumbstick covers cos I sure as hell aren't buying a new controller every few months. Already had to replace one controller because the L1 button is a piece of shit aswell and stopped working.
My cousin also complained to me about his thumbsticks wearing out quickly so you aren't alone with that problem.
