Well, if the controls are good I don't why this can't be a solid addition to the Wii's library. The only problems I see are graphics and story. Those both being lackluster, expected seeing as it's a work in progress.

So every boss is the same except the element.. Even the way you defeat them is the same?
Well sure... when a game is too early in development, it's story being created by Richard Knaak(Writter of the Warcraft and Diablo books) and is being influenced by some creators from the Panzer dragoon series... We should all just call it kiddy and leave it at that... Specially at this point in time.

Hey at least the haters can't say it another Wii game
Is it just me or is the action/hack and slash genre having a greater appearence on the Wii, then the last Nintendo consoles? This is very good news for the Wii. Specially if this continues.
Although this game seems a bit generic i'll be looking foward to this. I was just thinking that the Wii needs more action games too, hopefully Rygar will be shown at E3.

Well it's supposed to be releasing 3 months, so I wouldn't really hold my breath for a big leap in the graphics department.

Still in alpha stages and the video looks decent. I dont care much for titles but yea its generic. At least some devs are thinking about hardcores.

Who knows how old the actual trailer is though. IGN could have been sitting on this thing for a few months now (actually I think they were to a degree) and/or that video could have been made months ago.
