Driveclub Finally Gets Dynamic Weather Tomorrow

Honestly this was sooner than I expected, I may consider trying this out now.

Driveclub update will add the game's promised dynamic weather feature.

Why would adding in dynamic weather suddenly make you want to play a game?

lol no wonder my cuz sold that game even though it came free with the ps4 bundle he got. This game was release 1-2 years too soon

Not "a" game, a racer. And because it was a feature that was left out at launch so I would have had an incomplete game...that honestly should be self explanatory but I am not sure if you are trying to be facetious or not.

They should give us the PS+ version. You can't expect people to be jumping up and down for this after... Well, the whole thing.

Well, they said it would be out before 2015 and they deliver. Atleast this wasn't delayed twice

@funsohng: well here in new zealand the top surface of the (better) roads is asphalt (we call it bitumen), but yes there are cement roads - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Road_surface#Concrete

Wow worlds first two term graphics king.

The game has been fully working for a few weeks now, the online challenges were the only feature not fully working since launch, but that has been fixed now. This weather updates looks great btw, I will be sure to download it tomorrow.

ahem game has been working since last week after the major update. online is working i'd say at 95% but everything else always been working such as single/campaign since launch. only complaint was the online being broken but can now be push to the side. dynamic here i come! Yeah go go 5club power!!!!!! jelly lemmings incoming :D

So Driveclub got a 5... add another 5 because of the dynamic weather, and now we have a 10.

So the game itself is a 5/10. You add in weather which is a minimum of an additional 3/10. 5+3=129 which means the game is AAA confirmed and >Forza.

Lol, doesnt the game punish you for bumping other cars and going off of the track?

Yea, im sure snow and rain will go over real well with the community....

not sure why you're comparing it to a game from a year ago and not the forza game from this year.

If you use cars to bounce off of, yes.

Thats concrete. Cement or more specifically Portland Cement is only part of the mix.

@clyde46: interesting. over here concrete/cement are just used interchangeably. but yes you're right i had a look and there's a technical difference between cement and concrete.

Cement is one of the ingredients used in making concrete. If you tried to use just plan cement as a road surface it would last maybe 15 minutes before it crumbles away.

Just for the record, I hate concrete roads. Yes they may be tougher than asphalt but **** me do they make for a rough ride.

Here is what happens when you use substandard concrete.

Caused massive traffic problems on the M25 that day. I was actually on the M25 at this time but I was going the other way.

Odd, they have water accumulation effects on the third person chase cam but not for the first person windshield.

that doesn't look good. the main contractor of that piece of motorway has a lot to answer for.

We promised the PS+ version of Driveclub 9 years ago. Finally, you can check it online.

Can't wait to try this out.

The game has always been fun, that wasn't the problem.

Cool...how about that PS+ version? No...didn't fucking think so.

I'm not a fan of the game, but **** me this patch makes the game the best looking game I've ever seen, the combination of lighting and weather makes it look super realistic.
